This project involved a site visit following various tasks to design the interior of a newly constructed store that reflected the brands name and it's products. The theme of the cafe was old fashioned with antique furniture and natural brick walls. The colours for the furiiture were mostly brown and white with scrapped surfaces on the woods of the table. 

 

The goal of the task was to design a Yumchaa environment in a 3D programme of our choice. I designed my interior with rhinoceros 3D which was fast and convenient with it's renderings. The main points for this task was to see how we chose to lay out the furniture within the space to create cosy customer seating areas, the materials we choose for the walls, the materials we choose for the counter design and the lighting plan. 

 

There were more tasks set which involved our knowledge of customer space usage, i.e. buggies etc. Window display, lighting arrangement, signage exterior, signage interior, electrical plan, counter display, wall decorations and exterior seating plan.
